Our beloved cat Lucia recently gave birth to three delightful kittens: two males and one female. Lucia is unique in our cattery, being the only cat with a stunning silver coat. We are dedicated to providing the best care and environment for our cats, although they sometimes have their own opinions about our arrangements. In this litter, Lucia was initially quite restless and anxious, even though she had a private and comfortable space for feeding and raising her kittens.

After a week of concern, we decided to move one of the kittens to another nursing cat, Ivet Bell. Thankfully, Ivet Bell welcomed the new kitten as her own. You can see in the gallery that Woodrow, the kitten who was moved, appears more mature. This is due to his thriving under Ivet Bell's care. It seemed Lucia didn’t have enough milk to feed all three kittens adequately. While supplemental feeding is an option, it cannot completely replace the benefits of mother’s milk. Therefore, cat breeders often opt to transfer a kitten to another nursing mother if available.

Despite the initial challenges, all the kittens are in excellent health and are eagerly awaiting new homes. It is common for smaller kittens to catch up in weight once they transition to solid food, and by the time they reach six months old, there is typically no noticeable difference in size.

Our kittens are healthy, with beautiful, soft fur, and all the qualities of the British Shorthair breed. They are friendly, playful, and very curious, making them perfect additions to any family. They have been a litter box trained and have received all the necessary vaccinations appropriate for their age.

We are confident that these kittens, with their delightful personalities and charming looks, will bring immense joy to their new families. They are ready to become beloved members of your home, bringing with them a lifetime of love and companionship.
