Verona Bliss

This is our beautiful mommy, Verona. When she first arrived, she was a quite frightened girl, likely due to various factors, including her previous living conditions. We had to provide her with special attention and care to help her adjust to her new environment.

Over the course of a year, Verona underwent a remarkable transformation. She went from showing her teeth and claws in fear to purring contentedly in our hands. Her once anxious demeanor softened, and she blossomed into a loving and gentle cat. Verona's journey from fear to trust is a testament to the power of patience and compassion.

Today, Verona is not only a beloved member of our family but also a perfect mom. Her nurturing nature shines through in her care for her kittens. Her most recent litter, shared with her sister Ursula, was particularly large, consisting of six British Shorthair kittens. Despite the size of the litter, Verona embraced her role with enthusiasm and dedication. She not only nursed her own kittens but also took care of her nephews, demonstrating her exceptional maternal instincts and loving heart.

Verona’s transformation from a scared newcomer to a devoted mother and affectionate companion is truly inspiring. Her story highlights the importance of providing a safe and loving environment for animals, allowing them to thrive and reveal their true, gentle natures.
